Flower Fields

Blaine went on his FIRST big field trip for school. he was sooo excited...especially because he got to ride on a bus for the first time. the parents were not allowed to ride in the bus down so we had to drive separate, but like most of the other moms, i snuck on the bus real quick to take a quick picture! The kids have been learning is school all about spring and plants and how plants grow....so it was only appropriate that we go down to the Flower Fields in Carlsbad. it was such a beautiful day and so pretty with all the flowers in bloom!
they learned about these "wishing flowers"...they stick their finger in and make a wish!

Each child also got to plant their own sunflower!

of course it wouldn't be kindergarten cool unless you got to hold a WORM!!

he were are on a wagon ride that shows off all the fields. it was so beautiful...so many bright colors!
