Jingle Bowl!!!

we decided to have FAMILY FUN FOOTBALL this morning to kick off our christmas Eve!! it was Blaine's first time really playing football, and after a few bumps, slips and tears, he decided he really liked it and had a BLAST!!  this may be the start of something beautiful!!

 Ty loved being a part of it too!!

Ginger Bread Houses

we had some much fun making GingerBread Houses tonight with friends.  Blaine was really into making his house perfect, and Ty was really into eating the M&Ms.  we had a great time!!

Progressive Dinner

Our Street has had an annual Progressive Dinner for the past several year...and this was the first year we were able to make it!! we all started at our house with a simple appetizer and a white elephant gift exchange...hence all the random gift people have and or are wearing! then we moved on to 5 different houses including an other appetizer, salad, soup, main course and DESSERT!!

another sunday

i ususally dont let ty 1. play with MY phone 2. play with my phone AT CHURCH!! but sometimes you do whatcha gotta do to get through another hour of church. Here is Ty and his cute friend Libby playing apps on my phone! aren't they just adorable!!

Our Street Christmas tree lighting

every year my cute neighbor Joylene has a "tree lighting" party for all the kids. she puts a tree out in her front yard and all the kids come and make ornaments to put on the tree. then they all help decorate...it is such a fun tradition and we love being a part of it.

this year we had a special surprise for all the kids and had a SECRET VISITOR.... SaNTa. it was so amazing and the kids LOVED IT!!!!

...well, almost ALL the kids loved it. we had our CLASSIC KID MELT DOWN with santa moment!! as sad as it was, it was kind of cute!!

We are Thankful For...

we are thankful for so many things in the Robinson House....so we decided to do our "thankful turkey"!! everyday we would write something we are thankful for on a feather and add it to our turkey!!

Fall Photo Opp

we don't get super seasons in California....so when we get a few pretty, fallen leaves we have to make it into a PHOTO SHOT!! i know i am cheesey, but oh well

Disneyland!!

we decided to go to DISNEYLAND last monday....the week of thanksgiving, and it was soooooo crowded!!! crazy! but we still have a great time!

of all things we happened to run into our neighbors there...what are the odds?! with that many people.... we hung with them and the kids LOVED IT!!!

Blaine's Class Party

In Blaine's Class we did a "I'm Thankful for Mr. Klos...." Chain!!! the kids wrote lots of links about why they are thankful for Mr. Klos. by the end of the month, his chain wrapped around his body!! we love Mr. Klos
we also had a "popcorn" turkey, that Mr. Klos carved....each kid got a little baggy of popcorn!

Turkey Cookies
