Testing....Testing....

Before our "FAMILY FUN WEEK" next week, my dad wanted to take the boat out for a spin to make sure it still works. we generously volunteered to go with! :)

so stylin'!dad didn't want to stay long at the lake (only an hour) so Rich and i only got one turn around the lake each....we made the best of out little time! Rich killed in on the wake board busting out some 360's!i LANDED at jumping 360 on the knee board, but let go of the rope...grrrrrr! i'll get it next time!

i am feeling a little whiplash pain after this wipeout.......and that wipeout...but it was well worth it!Thanks for the fun family! can't wait til "FAMILY FUN WEEK!" next week!

Swim Lessons

today was Blaine's last day of his first session of swim lessons....he will start a new session next week with a new class! i am so proud of him...he went from not knowing how to swim and being afraid of the water, to jumping in...swimming....and grabbing rings from the bottom of the pool. he still has a lot to learn before i will let him lose in the water, but he is on his way to being an awesome swimmer! i'm proud of you blainey for facing your fears and going for it! you're the best!
...diving to the bottom to get a ring. he loves keeping his eyes open under water...he thinks that is so cool!awesome job Blaine~ you will be jumping from the high dive in no time!

Dr.'s visit

Jake had to go to the Dr.'s office today, so Blaine and i decided to make a photo opp of it:

***Jake threw his back out during good ol' "church basketball" and has been in A LOT of pain for the last 2 weeks. he was finally in enough pain today to go see a doctor....with the help of pain killers/muscle relaxers/and something else he has to take, he is feelin ok at the moment. he will have to start physical therapy soon to strengthen his back and make sure this doesn't happen again!****

Jake was in getting X-rays and we were getting bored, so we started taking pictures!...and there is always time for a dance party!

A BIG FAT RACOON....just chillin' on our fence! kind of cool, but it drove our cat Bella CRaZy!

Fourth of July

Happy Late Fourth of July! we had such a fun day! we had an awesome Block party...thanks Joylene~

we did our own fireworks in the street...our nieghbor somehow got his hands on some...but it was a little loud for Blainethe Ladies of Sanoria Street...lookin' so fine! the men of Sanoria Streetand the cute kid-os!
and ok, i some how managed to start a water war with my nieghbor Tom...I WON!! he was a good sport!
