We had such an amazing trip to idaho last week...all of Jake's family got together and headed up to Island Park to stay in a cabin. it was so beautiful up there and so much fun spending time with family.
Us crazy Robinsons still prefer to drive thru the night....so here are the boys catching some zzz's in the back seat.
go figure of ALL places, i was able to get together with my best friend Rachel (who lives in NYC now) for some millhollow icecream and catching up!
i have so many fun pictures and memories from our trip, that i am going to spilt it up by days:
DAY 1:
the first day up at the cabin was mostly exploring and hanging out.
the kids walked around our cabin and found a cool TP out in the woods
DAY 2:
we rented canoes and heading out down the river
poor little Ryker was a flowing faucet of bloody noses...here is just a peek of one

unfortunately we flipped our canoe before even leaving the dock area. that was it for us...we were all soaked and not feeling up to floating (and potentially flipping again) for another 2 hours
we also put on family puppet shows. it was sunday so every family was incharge of acting out their favorite scripture story. Blaine chose the story of Ammon cutting off the robbers arms for our family
roasting yummy marshmallows.
DAY 3:
this was probably our favorite....we rented ATVs for the day and went off exploring!
Jake and i took a trail up a mountain and we got to see this beautiful view...we also saw a moose!..2 actually
DAY 4:
unfortunately our trip had to come to an end...but first we stopped off to do a little fishing on the way down the mountain!

we also stopped off at Mesa Falls...so pretty!
such a great trip...we can't wait to do it again! :)
