Flag Ceremony

At our last Pack meeting...cousin Jake was in charge of the flag ceremony and Blaine got to help bring in the flags.  it was so cute how serious each boy took their job! they are great scouts!

 then they had award ceremony and both boys got TONS of stuff...mostly earned from going to day camp.

i'm so glad Ty has such a great big brother and example to look up to!

Girls Camp 2012

So i don't know how...but i keep getting called as a girls camp leader!!  i have now officially gone to girls camp more times as a leader then a camp girl!  but i LOVE it, so i hope i get to keep going.  this year was my first year as leader in AZ AND actually sleeping in tents.  in the past we've had cabins and beds.  but i managed to survive and i got to know the girls better and met so many wonderful people in our ward and stake.  (which was good for me since i still don't know too many people here)

but one of the best things was i was able to go to camp with my niece Rebecca for her first year of camp.  it was so fun.  hope to be able to come again another time!  :)

Happy Anniversary

I can't believe Jake and I have been married TEN YEARS!!!  that is crazy!!  thanks for the best 10 years of my life babe...i look forward to the next ten....and the ten after that....and all they way on to eternity!  love you

Quick Trip to Cali

well we have been gone from Cali for 3 months....so it was time to head down for a quick visit.  we would have loved to stay longer, but i had to be back to finish preparing for girls camp!

 packed up and ready to go!  the boys are such great travelers!!

 we were able to visit all our neighbors...and Blaine's old class.  then we also got to talk to cutie Kaylie and Carrie on the phone while we surprised my dad for his 60th birthday!

 we got to see so many of our other fun friends too...including the newest MacBeth Lexi!

can't wait to come back again soon...we love and miss all our friends from California.

Tubac with the Burches

Our besties came to visit us!! wahooo!! we had so much fun when the Burches came up for the weekend.  we went down to this cute little town called Tubac.  lots of cute shops and an cool mission.  we sure miss them, but had so much fun for those few days!!

 Then we headed over to the Tumacacori mission.  it was pretty cool!
